Yumbox started in a small kitchen in Kuala Lumpur, with one tired-but-determined cook who kept hearing the same thing from friends: "I want to eat healthy, but I don't have time to cook, and I'm tired of sad salads." So we started packing lunchboxes for them, and then for their colleagues, and then for people we'd never even met.
